Why are my emails going to spam? The 5-minute authentication check

What's happening: The first thing Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo check is whether your domain proves the mail is really from you: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Missing or broken records are the most common reason legitimate business mail lands in spam, ahead of content or wording.

How to fix it

  1. Run your domain through the free checker below: it reads SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, MX and the main blocklists.
  2. Fix anything marked failing, starting with SPF and DKIM, then DMARC.
  3. Check that every tool that sends as your domain (newsletter, CRM, invoicing, help desk) has its own DKIM set up for your domain.
  4. After authentication passes, look at the rest: sudden volume jumps, old or bought lists, and high complaint rates still hurt.

Not sure which record is wrong? Check your domain free: it shows which of SPF, DKIM and DMARC is failing, in 5 seconds, no signup.
